| Description: | Insurance Account Handler - Godalming Our successful client is experiencing rapid growth and are looking for an account handler to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a role with excellent progression opportunities. The main responsibilities of the role include; • Deal with queries from clients and ensure prompt action in resolving issues or queries in an efficient and timely manner in line with Best Practice. • Where ever necessary liaise with Underwriters to issue amendments. • Ensure accurate record keeping of all client information, correspondence and telephone calls on the Company’s computer system. • On receipt of acceptance of the renewal instructions produce relevant documentation for clients/insurers. • Diary and chase to ensure fully completed Proposal Form and payment are received from client. • Obtain proof of No Claims Bonus from clients for new business cases. • Issue Cover Notes, Policy documents, NCB Letters, Endorsements. • Carry out mid term adjustments and amendments on both schemes and complete and issue relevant documentation. • Ensure daily diary notes are actioned and completed within the time frame in line with Best Practice. • Assisting with Accounts queries. • Notify client of risk requirements and ensure completed within the required timeframes. Essential Skills Required • Friendly and professional telephone manner • Acurate administrative skills • Computer knowledge • Customer Services experience • 2+ years Insurance knowledge Apply now for further information!! |
