Description: 1st/2nd line Support £22,000-£24,000 - Guildford Our rapidly expanding client has an opportunity for an initial 3 month fixed term contract assisting within the IT Department. The responsibilities will include Operational Support • Log and track all IT/technical issues and requests through to closure • Provide monthly metrics to the IT Manager on support and service issues • Set-up and configure new computer systems where appropriate • Provide technical support/training for all technology equipment (PC, Printer, Scanner, medical equipment interfaces) • Undertake UAT testing and sign-off of new software releases and bug fixes • Escalate issues as appropriate to the IT manager and third party software providers • Manage and build relationships with 3rd party providers • Liaise with the company’s affiliated companies to support access to their networks where required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in 1st/2nd line support roles, be team orientated, willing to travel occasionally to other UK sites therefore own transport essential.
Salary or rate: £22,000 - £24,000 pa
