| Description: | This is a brand new role and is situated in Guildford town centre. You will be working in the professional services environment and will ideally come from an inhouse marketing role. The company has a small marketing department and you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing, however the company employs 200 staff. Duties will consist of:- Promoting the company image and profile Primary piont of contact for the company's website including regular liaison with nominated staff in each department with website responsibility and with the external webhosting agency. Working in conjuction with the external PR agency. Assisting in pitches and presentations. Help the marketing assistant with the smooth running of the events programme and get involved with organising summer and christmas activities. Ensuring pieces of literaute available for public access are up to date and presented consistently To comment on and constructively suggest improvements to any marketing and client facing activity at the company.
