Description: Marketing Account Executive - Guildford - £20000 - 24000 Our client is a successful marketing communications and technology specialist who is looking for an experienced marketing account executive to support the account management team. THE ROLE o Supporting the Client Services team with the day-to-day management of a wide range of campaigns, including live events/exhibitions, lead generation programmes, social media, eMedia and digital marketing initiatives. This includes the ability to deliver a highly proactive, reactive and responsive account management service and build close and trusted relationships with the client base o Project management supporting 2 Account Managers on client briefs, preparing and proposals, constructing budgets and timelines, attending client meetings and working closely with creative teams, copywriters, printers, mailing agencies, external venues and other 3rd party suppliers to ensure projects are executed professionally, on time, and within budget and client expectations Essential Requirements o Educated to Degree level with marketing or business management qualifications or experience within a marketing/business environment o Strong project manager – be able to juggle multiple tasks smoothly, be very organised, have good time management and be in control o Good attention to detail & writing skills – can input information quickly, accurately and thoroughly. Comfortable with proof reading and basic copywriting o Able to produce client facing budgets and closely track campaign costs o Team player - happy to take instructions, but work independently and proactively when required o Confident and positive attitude – this is a client facing role that needs a happy, enthusiastic and professional person that understands how to liaise and present themselves in front of clients and suppliers within a working environment. o Self-motivated and driven - they must be committed to what the role entails, can embrace the challenges and be hungry to learn. o Calm under pressure – our working environment gets extremely busy and stressful. Description: Events Executive - Weybridge - £20000 - 24000 Our successful client, based near Weybridge, is currently looking for an experienced events executive with high career aspirations. The types of events that they will be required to organise typically range from breakfast briefings, corporate dinners, seminars, conferences, exhibitions and roadshows. The event services include the design, copywriting, print and mailing of the event invitations, management of all the delegate registrations, on-site event support and logistics and event follow up. The working environment is dynamic, fun, open and honest and the reporting structure is reasonably flat. There is room to grow within the organisation given the rapid expansion plans and the growth of event activities within the client base. The role will require; o Supporting the Event Manager with the day-to-day running of event campaigns. This includes the ability to deliver a highly proactive, reactive and responsive event management services and build close and trusted relationships with our client base. o Supporting the Delegate Manager with capturing registrations for a range of different events, production of daily delegate registration reports for distribution for specific events, response handling for registered delegates or delegate queries, production of all delegate communications and all on site delegate registration tools. Also supporting with post event delegate analysis and reporting. o Project management supporting the Event Manager on client briefs, preparing and proposals, constructing budgets and timelines, attending client meetings and working closely with creative teams, printers, external venues and other 3rd party suppliers to ensure projects are executed professionally, on time, and within budget and client expectations. The role is 75% office based, 25% off-site (whilst attending events or client meetings). This is a fantastic opportunity! Own car is necessary.

As this is a growing business you may also be expected to contribute and manage project specific work in line with the company's global growth strategy Key working relationships Internal: UK Managing Director, Sales and Marketing Director, Regional Sales Managers and Marketing Co-ordinators External: Agencies (Web design, PR, Advertising etc), Printers, Venues, Caterers Key Tasks/Scope of Job Operational Support • Manage and co-ordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional events and activities. • Conduct market research to determine market requirements • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information. • In line with the Sales and Marketing Director manage and oversee the production of the UK marketing plan and campaigns in line with the strategic development of the company • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results. • Once marketing budget has been set to continuously monitor and ensure that all marketing activity is in line with budget • Be pro-active in the development and up-dating of marketing literature and materials as required, working closely with the team • Liaise with web agency and co-ordinate all website development: • Develop and deliver campaigns, in line with the marketing strategy.
