| Description: | Lettings Manager - Farnham - 50k plus OTE This thriving lettings agency is looking for an experienced and effective professional with the ability to spot opportunities, develop the property portfolio and generate new business! The role is unique and allows the successful candidate freedom to be creative with their sales approach. The Role Identify opportunities to drive the business forward. Creating marketing strategies to bring in new business and increase the property portfolio. Carry out property valuations Liaise with new & existing landlords & tenants by phone, email and face to face Create property details for all properties, ensuring they are always up to date with correct price and availability Create the newspaper adverts each week, ensuring they are varied and enticing Take photos of all new properties and existing ones when required, as well as any additional improvements and compressing to ensure they look their best when uploaded to websites Key Skills Excellent communication skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Illustrator are desirable Pro-active Confident and assertive A full clean driving licence ARLA Qualified This role presents the opportunity to become an integral member of a successful organisation, so if you are looking for a position where you can utilise previous experience and grow your skill set in the long term, then please do not hesitate to apply. |

| Description: | Lettings Manager 20k to 24k basic and 40k OTE We are searching for a hard working, conscientious individual to work in a busy office for a well established lettings business. ARLA qualified individuals are desirable, although not essential. Previous experience in lettings essential. The role will be interesting, varied and include duties such as Identify opportunities to drive the business forward. Creating marketing strategies to bring in new business and increase the property portfolio. Carry out property valuations Liaise with new & existing landlords & tenants by phone, email and face to face Organise the erection and collection of TO LET boards Create property details for all properties, ensuring they are always up to date with correct price and availability Keep all properties on the websites up to date Create the newspaper adverts each week, ensuring they are varied and enticing Give feedback to all landlords on a regular basis Keep the main website up to date with the latest news and advice Take photos of all new properties and existing ones when required, as well as any additional improvements and compressing to ensure they look their best when uploaded to websites Answering and dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries Assist with property viewings where necessary |
