| Description: | P/T HR Manager - Byfleet - £40,000 pro rata A superb opportunity for a 'hands-on' HR manager looking for a senior HR position on a part time basis. The job holder will be expected to be fully conversant with current employment law, although back-up legal advice is available. Additionally the job holder will ideally have experience of managing and driving HR processes and procedures. Key Activities Facilitate Recruitment Maintain, Develop & Drive Job Appraisals Maintain & Drive establishment of Staff Training/Personal Development plans Salary Benchmarking, Planning and Reviews Maintain & Develop HR Policies and Documentation Maintain & Develop Disciplinary, Termination & Redundancy Procedures and action as needed Absence/Sickness Management and reporting Support & Train Management in appropriate aspects of HR activity The Person Self determination and confidence Able to work pro actively under own initiative Able to prioritise, plan and time manage Able to drive management colleagues to follow HR procedures in a timely manner. Chartered Member of CIPD The role requires the job holder to complete 20 hours per week and is flexible as to how these are made up. |
