Description: Proof Reader/Recruitment Consultant, This is an exciting role for someone with good written and communication skills looking for a varied role. You will be working for a specialist recruiter and your role will involve proof reading, editing and lots of communication. Ideally you will come from a good English/Editing/Proof reading background and have strong communication skills and business acumen. The role is not highly sales focussed and you will not be heavily targeted on client calls. Duties will include:- Selecting candidates for suitable perm and contract vacancies Proof reading every cv Writing job adverts Sifting through the database Answering client and candidate queries Keeping the database up to date Visiting clients from time to time
Salary or rate: £20,000 to £25,000 plus bonus

Description: P/T HR Manager - Byfleet - £40,000 pro rata A superb opportunity for a 'hands-on' HR manager looking for a senior HR position on a part time basis. The job holder will be expected to be fully conversant with current employment law, although back-up legal advice is available. Additionally the job holder will ideally have experience of managing and driving HR processes and procedures. Key Activities Facilitate Recruitment Maintain, Develop & Drive Job Appraisals Maintain & Drive establishment of Staff Training/Personal Development plans Salary Benchmarking, Planning and Reviews Maintain & Develop HR Policies and Documentation Maintain & Develop Disciplinary, Termination & Redundancy Procedures and action as needed Absence/Sickness Management and reporting Support & Train Management in appropriate aspects of HR activity The Person Self determination and confidence Able to work pro actively under own initiative Able to prioritise, plan and time manage Able to drive management colleagues to follow HR procedures in a timely manner. Chartered Member of CIPD The role requires the job holder to complete 20 hours per week and is flexible as to how these are made up.
Salary or rate: £40,000 pro rata
