To be considered for this role you must have the following: • Experience of managing employee benefits on a daily basis. • Maintaining and developing relationship with suppliers. • Management of award schemes. • Experience of analysis of global remuneration data. • Analysis of benefit selections. • Overseeing remuneration reviews. To succeed in this position you must have excellent communication skills (both written and oral), be highly IT literate especially on Excel and have strong analytical skills. You will be a motivated, self starter who has the ability to prioritise workloads and is keen to get started. Desirables A CIPD qualification or other relevant qualifications.
