Description: Telesales - Godalming - £18k Our successful client is looking for an experienced telesales executive to drive new business from existing and new customers in coordination with the companies marketing activities and market focus, to remain in constant contact with all customers for the purpose of ensuring the highest level of customer service and retention. The main responsibilities of the role include; - To maintain a Group Customer Retention Level of 90% - To Contact new and existing known customers who have yet to place an order or taken delivery over the previous 3 x months but who did 3 months prior for the purpose of driving sales and indentifying opportunity. - To Meet or exceed the Telesales Metric of 50% time available on the phone (4 Hrs). - To Generate £100K of quotes per month/ winning business to the value of £15K - At times of increased activity to support internal sales including; answer phone calls, faxes, supplying quotations and ensuring all sales needs and opportunities are managed and responded to same day with the goal to maximize sales and company bookings - To pass over all sales leads, quickly and coherently to the relevant Field Sales Engineer for immediate action - To ensure customer retention through excellent telephone relationship skills, arrange visits for the field sales team and to develop new opportunity and maintain best in class customer service - To detail information on customers business type, key contacts. Competition and full contact details including E mail addresses - To respect the confidential nature of the product, customer and commercial information to which you have access. - Any other duties as assigned to support the efficient running of the Company’s business. Own car necessary due to location.

Description: Business Development Consultant - Godalming - £30 - 35K Our successful client is looking for an experienced Business Development Consultant to join their busy team. Main Job Purpose; - Generate profitable sales against target through effective lead management, personal prospecting activity and client relationship management. Main Accountabilities; - Contribute to the management of the Sales Opportunity Management (SOM) system using SalesLogix, as agreed with the Business Development Manager - Sales. - Follow-up and generate sales leads in accordance with the Sales Opportunity Management system. - Design and execute personal sales campaigns aimed at our target market sectors. Convert sales leads into profitable business. - Assume the role of Account Manager for nominated clients. - Act as Commercial Manager for specified product/service streams as agreed with the Business Development Director. - Provide CRM enabling support to Consultants in accordance with agreed procedures. - Participate in and follow-up exhibitions, conferences and other events ensuring that personal contributions are focused on adding value. - Interrogate reports to monitor specified aspects of sales activity and results. - Evaluate sales activities against agreed objectives. - Provide reports to the Business Development Director and other colleagues as required.

You will be responsible for co-coordinating services for our clients; and for ensuring that clients are happy and loyal. You will seek to arrange extension of contracts, and actively seek out cross-selling opportunities. You will be in daily contact with clients, both on the phone and in meetings. ABOUT YOU You will be empathic, intelligent, flexible, dynamic, and willing to go the extra mile. You will work well in a team environment, but be fundamentally self-motivated; and able to handle a variety of challenges. You will have a track record of major-account relationship management. Your track record will show the impact that you personally have had on making clients happy; procuring extensions; and securing cross-sales. You will need to be a car driver, although a company car is provided. A minimum of 3 years big-ticket sales experience is needed.
Salary or rate: £50 - 70 k basic + OTE £120k
