Description: International HR Manager This is an excellent opportunity to work for an interantional company. Ideally you will have 5 years experience at HR Manager level. Duties will include:- Maintain up to date centralised personnel rcords iin HR Information Systems Recruitment - interviewing, writing job specs, contracts of employment etc Manage and resolve disciplinary issues Manage the company service awards policy Coordinate records of public holiday, vacation, sick pay, leave of absence, maternity leave etc. Act as counsellor for employees wishing to discuss internal conflicts, work place issues, training etc. Participate and make HR presentations on HR topics, updates on policies and procedures at Sales staff meetings or conference calls. Other duties will consist of benefits, company policies and procedures, stock options, legal matters, health and safety etc. Excellent opportunity.
Salary or rate: £35,000 to £40,000
