Our client is looking for a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to join their friendly and professional team in Cranleigh.
What’s most important is that you’re an exceptional secretary or administrator, ideally from a professional services environment (legal, financial, property, or similar). This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys providing first-class administrative support, has strong attention to detail and takes pride in being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
- Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence
- Manage diaries, book appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle client enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate filing systems and assist with general office administration
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong secretarial or administrative experience, ideally within a professional office setting
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive and supportive team player with a high level of accuracy
