Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their busy commercial team. This role will provide essential support to the sales function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping drive overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
  • Manage and maintain customer records, sales data, and documentation.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales reports as required.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and handle general sales enquiries.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining diaries, and supporting event logistics when needed. 

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across teams and with clients.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
