Accounts Administrator – Ascot

Salary:£23,000 - £30,000

Our client is a dynamic, fast paced, organisation that have a unique opportunity for an Accounts Administrator/Office Support to join their organisation. For the right candidate part time hours will be considered.

The role will be based partly in Ascot and partly working from home.

Role & Responsibilities


  • Finance administration
  • Invoicing
  • Liaise directly with company Accountant
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Previous experience of accounting systems such as Sage would be advantageous

Office Admin

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing the MDs diary and organising staff meetings and appointments
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Ad-hoc office duties

Skills Required

  • Accountancy qualifications preferred
  • Well organised with a good telephone manner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office & Excel
