Do you have a passion for customer service? Do you enjoy being part of a close-knit team? Our client is seeking multiple temporary workers to join their team in a fantastic rural environment in a rewarding sector. You must be available to start mid-august and there is potential for the right candidate to be offered a permanent position:

Duties will consist of:

The Role 

  • Being the first point of contact for new and existing customers
  • Deliver quality and passionate customer service on the phones and over email at company HQ
  • Manage, investigate, and resolve customer complaints in an efficient and timely manner
  • Communicate with Reps across the UK where necessary
  • Manage various company email accounts
  • Input data accurately onto internal systems

Skills and Experience 

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role
  • Confident talking to customers on the phone
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Personable and friendly
