Administrative Assistant


Main Tasks

  1. To provide administration services
  2. To provide general office support services
  3. To relay communications to appropriate parties

Main Objectives

  1. To ensure clients receive an excellent level of service
  2. To ensure that all tasks are dealt with in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
  3. To maintain a sound knowledge of company rules and procedures and to adhere to service standards laid down by the company
  4. To keep up to date with office practice with particular emphasis on database and word processing software
  5. To meet training and personal development targets agreed at annual appraisal
  6. To contribute positively to the work environment by flexibly responding to the needs of the company and being supportive of your colleagues

Limit of Remit

  1. Do not give any advice to clients
  2. Do not send out communications without authority
  3. Do not attempt to deal with a complaint without reference to a consultant
