Administrative Co-ordinator

Location:Godalming, Surrey
Salary:£22,000 - £27,000 per annum

We are looking for an Administrative Co-ordinator to work with our client’s small and friendly team ensuring efficient and affective delivery of services, assist their sales team and maintain client satisfaction.

Standard Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular contact with all accounts and develop client relationships.
  • Oversee the co-ordination of sales admin and resourcing.
  • Diary management for a team of five.
  • Answer telephone calls from clients and prospects, directing the call to the relevant contact.
  • Raise quotations as per client requests for sales orders.
  • Organise courier services for order stock.

Experience:

  • No previous sales or admin experience required; all training will be provided.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong written and communication skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to work.

  • Understanding and respectful towards clients and colleagues.
