This office based role is for 37 hours a week during term time (39 weeks). Hours of working are 8.00am-4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 3.30pm Friday.
Our niche client is looking for an enthusiastic and approachable administrator to join their busy business support team during term time. This role will suit you if you are full of initiative, organised and work well to deadlines. You’ll also need excellent communication skills and the confidence to deal with stakeholders of all levels. You should have good office IT skills, preferably including Publisher experience.
This role is reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide support to our senior leadership. The role will be responsible for the production of newsletters. You will be part of the team providing support for annual reviews. The role also includes a range of core administrative duties including receiving and directing telephone enquiries, working with a colleague on support for the review of trust policies and procedures. This role will also require note-taking, reviewing and amending intranet content and providing reception cover at busy times and during absences.
