Role Summary

An exciting opportunity for an Corporate Services Administrator.


  • Dealing with all property and grounds maintenance for the Godalming Office.
  • Dealing with all international offices, booking meeting space as required and stocking supplies.
  • Maintaining office supplies including stationery, milk, tea, coffee etc.
  • Managing all utilities contracts, reviewing and renewing where appropriate.
  • Compiling a monthly snag lists for handyman. • Managing office cleaner and gardeners.
  • Procuring office furniture and coordinating office fit outs. • Maintenance of the corporate filing system. • Opening & distributing all inbound post.
  • Communications management with our telecom provider for all employee phone numbers and groups lists.
  • Responsible for Petty Cash.


  • Processing expenses and posting journals in Navision.
  • Processing company credit card statements and receipts, reconciling and posting journals in Navision.
  • Raising POs and invoices for vendors and customers
  • Managing the central booking facility for travel and accommodation for international travel.
