An exciting opportunity for an Corporate Services Administrator.
- Dealing with all property and grounds maintenance for the Godalming Office.
- Dealing with all international offices, booking meeting space as required and stocking supplies.
- Maintaining office supplies including stationery, milk, tea, coffee etc.
- Managing all utilities contracts, reviewing and renewing where appropriate.
- Compiling a monthly snag lists for handyman. • Managing office cleaner and gardeners.
- Procuring office furniture and coordinating office fit outs. • Maintenance of the corporate filing system. • Opening & distributing all inbound post.
- Communications management with our telecom provider for all employee phone numbers and groups lists.
- Responsible for Petty Cash.
- Processing expenses and posting journals in Navision.
- Processing company credit card statements and receipts, reconciling and posting journals in Navision.
- Raising POs and invoices for vendors and customers
- Managing the central booking facility for travel and accommodation for international travel.
