We have a great opportunity for an Administrator to work with our award-winning client in this exciting sector. This role is based in Godalming, offers potential within the company and can be a part-time or full-time role.
Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone
- Arranging couriers
- Managing the post (incoming and outgoing)
- Going to the Post Office when necessary
- Maintaining Stationery supplies and re-ordering as required
- Arranging refreshments & lunch for meetings when required
- Making tea, coffee and refreshments for staff during office hours
- Assisting the directors with their expenses
- Booking taxis, hotels, flights if required
- Ad hoc shopping for office
- Manage database of freelancers/public liability insurance documents
- Carry out research
- Typing proposals
- General office filing
- Maintaining petty cash
Requirements:
- Very Good IT skills – particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
- Ability to priories workload and multitask
- Good customer service skills
- Own transport and happy to use for errands
- Flexible
- Proactive
- Positive outlook and resourceful nature
- Desire to work in a team
