Salary:£10-£11 per hour

Our professional client based in Guildford are seeking an Administrator/Receptionist to join their busy team on a temp basis starting Monday 18th October with occasional Saturday work.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Pulling of notes in advance of appointments and ensuring all required paperwork is present and correct within the notes

  • Filing away of notes after appointments
  • Reception duties to cover receptionist lunch breaks and day off/annual leave
  • Preparation of discharge letters
  • Checking that payments have been received
  • Perform other general office duties including answering telephone calls, sorting and franking of post etc

Person / Experience Required:

  • Sound working knowledge of MS Office
  • Able to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, and with a wide range of individuals
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must be a car driver
