Our professional client based in Guildford are seeking an Administrator/Receptionist to join their busy team on a temp basis starting Monday 18th October with occasional Saturday work.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Pulling of notes in advance of appointments and ensuring all required paperwork is present and correct within the notes
- Filing away of notes after appointments
- Reception duties to cover receptionist lunch breaks and day off/annual leave
- Preparation of discharge letters
- Checking that payments have been received
- Perform other general office duties including answering telephone calls, sorting and franking of post etc
Person / Experience Required:
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office
- Able to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, and with a wide range of individuals
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be a car driver
