An exciting, rapidly growing organisation that offer a valuable, inspiring service to part of the community are seeking 2 Business Development Managers! The positions have come about due to the organisation enjoying continued growth and wanting to ensure this pace is maintained. The successful candidates will work in their beautiful offices in Liphook.
- Responsible for your own lead generation by reaching out to email key decision makers in once they have been identified.
- Engage in quality with decision makers and confidently articulating the benefits of the exciting services.
- Accountable for the sales campaigns provided including pipeline and conversions figures
- Cultivating a working relationship with the field sales team
- Responsible for scheduling appointments for the field sales team where required
- Maintain ongoing relationships with senior stakeholders across the UK
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years Business Development experience in a B2B environment, ideally as a Telemarketing Executive or an Inside Sales Executive.
- Experience with consultative sales methodologies is preferred but not essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of empathy and listening skills alongside an exceptional ability to influence.
- Ambitious and driven, but a team player that always demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic approach to work
- Approachable and personable with a deep sense of integrity
- Persistent and resilient
- Passionate about creative industry and its benefits.
- High organised and target driven with a proven track record of successfully working with KPIs
