An exciting opportunity to work for a global organisation in a role that sits within the Project Management Team with opportunity to work with multiple internal departments as well as working closely with our clients, ensuring they receive excellent service.

This role entails delivering an efficient and effective project administration service to clients to a bespoke solution of HR support functions are offered and will coordinate and support the delivery of consulting projects.

 Who We Are Looking For 

This role would suit someone who wants to work in client services or project coordination who is comfortable dealing with external clients on a daily basis. The role requires the ability to handle a number of different projects at one time, liaising between relevant parties to ensure projects are delivered effectively.  The role holder needs to be able to work without close supervision, organising their own time and using their initiative to deal with a range of tasks and queries.

Responsibilities 

  • Reports to PM Team Manager
  • Organises and manages the delivery of bespoke consulting projects across assessment, development and training from inception to conclusion including day to day client liaison, organising and leading project meetings/calls and resourcing. Projects are likely to be less complex than those handled by the Client PM role e.g. bespoke or in-house training courses, one to one coaching.
  • Project administration including communications with participants, questionnaire administration, setting up coaching and feedback sessions, sending virtual meeting invites, timetabling assessment centres and dealing with queries. There may on occasion be a requirement to support client delivery (e.g. Centre Manager)
  • Working with the Product Implementation Support team, as required, to ensure effective product delivery as part of Consulting projects.
  • Ensures information is maintained in Open Air and Salesforce to enable accurate forecasting and invoicing, as well as timesheet functionality
  • Supporting the contracting and financial management processes e.g. quotes, SoWs, purchase orders
  • Providing reports on project progress and resourcing, as required e.g. weekly consulting highlight report
  • Updating and proofing documents as required.
  • Supports other members of the team with their clients, as needed e.g. covering leave
  • This specific role also includes working directly with the Training team to maintain and enhance the standard processes used for all training administration across TM UK

Role Requirements 

  • Experience in a client facing role.
  • Excellent planning and organising skills.
  • Confident communicator, verbally and written, with good attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to handle changes to requirements.
  • Client orientated with a focus on providing an excellent client experience.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to use own initiative to resolve queries and problems.

Desirable 

  • Prior experience in a similar role in a professional services environment.

 

Technical Skills & Experience 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
  • Experience using a project management system desirable.
