Commercial Support Administrator

Location:Camberley (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Salary:Up to £35,000 per annum + completion bonus

We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join the Commercial team on a fixed-term basis. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and structured processes, and who can bring calm efficiency to a busy and fast-paced environment.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the team with administrative, system and coordination tasks during a high-volume project period. The work will involve preparing formal communications, managing records, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring all information is correctly updated across multiple internal and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and issue correspondence to key stakeholders in line with established processes.
  • Track, monitor and record responses, agreements and changes to ensure clear documentation.
  • Maintain accurate digital filing and email trails for all communications.
  • Log and update data across multiple online systems and portals.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure information is correct, complete and actioned on time.
  • Support the wider Commercial team with day-to-day administrative and analytical tasks.

About You:

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple workflows and systems at once.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset – able to interpret, process and check data accurately.
  • Self-sufficient and proactive, with a professional and collaborative attitude.
  • Experience in a commercial or client-facing administrative role (up to 12 months ideal).
  • Advanced Excel experience.
