Consumer Care Processor/Administrator

  • Managing New Line Form requests from the sales teamT
  • Taking information from the database to fill out forms correctly
  • Liaising with marketing for up to date information
  • Querying any issues that may arise
  • Increasing product knowledge across all brands & division
  • Using Freshdesk, managing and replying to consumer tickets in a polite & timely fashion
  • Listening and logging the Consumer Care Voicemail messages regularly
  • Speaking to consumers and problem solving on the phone where needed
  • Organising mail outs to consumers (spare parts, missing pieces, replacements)
  • Liaising with the Product Integrity/Marketing/International teams for further information on an issue a consumer may have
  • Recognising trends with queries, and flagging these with the PI team for further investigation


Skills Required

  • Have an excellent level of written English.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of owning a problem.
  • Be able to compile a professional e-mail or letter.
  • Be able to work under pressure and set own priorities.
  • Be able to work under own initiative.
  • Show excellent attention to detail.
  • Understand the importance of managing your inbox, to include filing.
  • Have a good level of numeracy.
  • Have a good working knowledge of Excel, including the use of pivot tables.
  • Must have a positive, can do attitude.
  • Understand and use Freshdesk, or similar ticketing system
  • Understand the importance of your reply to a Consumer
  • Demonstrate understanding of Consumer priority eg safety.
  • Demonstrate patience and understanding of the Consumers requirements.
  • Keep Consumer store room tidy and monitor stock levels, reordering when necessary.
  • Be prepared to locate items, prepare for post and franking.
