CRM Administrator

Location:Shaftesbury, Dorset
Salary:£25,000 - £30,000 per annum

We have a great opportunity for a CRM Administrator for our fast-growing client based in Shaftesbury. The role is part office based with the chance to work 2 days working from home.

Main duties:

  • Oversee and manage new client database
  • To respond to queries raised by staff through the internal mailbox
  • To provide effective and clear recording of processes via SOP documents
  • To create reports regularly and as requested and manage report templates and folders.
  • To provide Salesforce inductions to new staff and continuous training as and when required
  • Responsible for monitoring data entered into the system by users and feeding back where necessary and providing further training if needed.
  • To receive and respond to staff users Salesforce troubleshooting queries
  • Monthly visits the business units to conduct training courses and to advise the users across the business.
  • Work closely with management team to create and maintain most frequently used reports
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of processes within the business and ensuring the smooth rollout of any changes.
  • Continual ad-hoc project work

Ideal candidate:

  • Has previous experience using Salesforce/CRM systems – used to working with data
  • Previous experience providing support to staff from a database/IT perspective
  • Can multitask & work to a fast and accurate pace
  • Previous work in a financial services role would be ideal.
  • Loves spreadsheets, trouble shooting, identifying improvements in processes, and is happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
