Working within our project management team, you will join our small team of Customer Relationship Managers who focus on engaging with customers by building and preserving trusting relationships.
Whilst managing volume of new enquiries, you will also identify opportunities to grow the customer base. You should also be proactive and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure customers’ needs are met.

Responsibilities:

•Building and maintaining client relationships to ensure our client are top of their list to call for any data collection needs
•Working across, have understanding of and promote our services to customers in order to fulfil all of their data requirements.
•Full understanding of customers needs
•Flexible and able to adopt new ways of thinking so we can tailor our response and services to meet the customers needs
•You will compile and issue fee proposals to your customers on time and to the pricing matrix. You will meet targets on your fee proposal success rate while setting realistic pricing and timescales for the potential projects.
•You will have an understanding of the financial implications of fee proposals, sales, profit and overheads ensuring that projects are costed appropriately and realistically.
•Experience within a similar industry would be beneficial as would experience within a similar or sales-oriented role.
•Full training given
•Salary will be dependent on experience.
