Key responsibilities:
- Liaising with external courier companies via phone and websites to obtain proof of deliveries and expected time of arrivals of orders and forwarding onto customers when
- Taking ownership of any reported delivery issues and working with the sale and customer service teams to quickly resolve and provide service
- Emailing VAT invoices
- Sending Supplier Forms
- Co-ordinate Reports
- Help the sales team with inbound customer interactions across the phone, email, live chat and social media as an overflow function during busy
- Actioning request for physical samples
Experience
- Minimum 1 year’s office-based experience
- Strong organisational skills, demonstrating effective time and workload management
- Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
- Clear, concise, and professional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong numeracy skills
- Confident and clear telephone manner
- Willingness and ability to adapt to change
- Personal attributes: enthusiastic, empathetic, polite & helpful
- Team Player
