Customer Service Administrator

Location:Guildford, Surrey
Salary:£20000 - £24000 per annum

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising with external courier companies via phone and websites to obtain proof of deliveries and expected time of arrivals of orders and forwarding onto customers when
  • Taking ownership of any reported delivery issues and working with the sale and customer service teams to quickly resolve and provide service
  • Emailing VAT invoices
  • Sending Supplier Forms
  • Co-ordinate Reports
  • Help the sales team with inbound customer interactions across the phone, email, live chat and social media as an overflow function during busy
  • Actioning request for physical samples

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year’s office-based experience
  • Strong organisational skills, demonstrating effective time and workload management
  • Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Clear, concise, and professional verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Confident and clear telephone manner
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to change
  • Personal attributes: enthusiastic, empathetic, polite & helpful
  • Team Player
