This is a lovely role for an Administrator who enjoys being hands on and working in a small team. The company are a global, high end, outdoor consumer product focused organisation. This is a subsidiary which is a growing, and have a friendly culture, the role will be working with a wider admin team in Midlands.

Working hours will be 09:00 – 17:00 and due to the office also being a showroom it will require this person to work in the office and enjoy a busy Customer Service Administration role.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving calls from trade and public relating to spare parts.
  • Printing off sales orders reports, picking lists and delivery notes for distribution to warehouse staff.
  • Overseeing accurate record keeping for inventory and goods in / out at site.
  • Sales order processing on Sage 50 /200 and Shopify under direction from Head Office.
  • Some ‘meet & greet’ role for customers visiting showroom.
  • Opening post, forwarding paperwork and providing documentation relevant to office expenses to Head Office.
  • Some payment processing for occasional cash sales.
  • Liaising with couriers for collections / deliveries.
