Our niche client based in Haslemere is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team. The right candidate will  deal with all customer orders and enquiries directly for any accounts you are responsible for in a quick and efficient manner. Liaising with Customer Service Team Leader and Account Managers to ensure customers receive a consistent service throughout.

Key tasks:

  • Establish and maintain a good rapport with all customers or potential clients
  • Confidently promote the company brand and products to clients
  • Deal with all incoming orders/enquiries in an efficient, effective and professional manner
  • Seek to deliver the best experience to clients and make the process easier for them

Skills Required:

  • Possess ‘Customer care’ skills which will allow customer needs and expectations to be satisfied whilst maintaining attention on the customer at all times.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Outgoing and friendly and excellent at building rapport with clients
  • Have excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills
  • Be able to process a wide range of information and communicate it clearly to the client
  • Impeccable organisational and time-keeping skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues when needed
