Our niche client based in Haslemere is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team. The right candidate will deal with all customer orders and enquiries directly for any accounts you are responsible for in a quick and efficient manner. Liaising with Customer Service Team Leader and Account Managers to ensure customers receive a consistent service throughout.
- Establish and maintain a good rapport with all customers or potential clients
- Confidently promote the company brand and products to clients
- Deal with all incoming orders/enquiries in an efficient, effective and professional manner
- Seek to deliver the best experience to clients and make the process easier for them
- Possess ‘Customer care’ skills which will allow customer needs and expectations to be satisfied whilst maintaining attention on the customer at all times.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Outgoing and friendly and excellent at building rapport with clients
- Have excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills
- Be able to process a wide range of information and communicate it clearly to the client
- Impeccable organisational and time-keeping skills
- Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues when needed
