Salary:£22,000 - £24,000
Sector:Call Centre and Customer Service

Support the performance of the Team to achieve sales and service targets agreed. Be proactive and self-motivated, working effectively as part of a team with world class customer service the focus of every interaction and decision.

The job holder is expected to have at least six months experience in a similar role with demonstrable success in Insurance or a call centre environment.   Achieved or working toward Cert. CII is desirable.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong communication skills: telephone, verbal and written.
  • Experience of working in Insurance is a major advantage.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills.
