Our client is seeking a Customer Support Trainer to deliver training on company products to a range of customers.

Job Description

  • Deliver training on suite of products to senior and administrative staff in on site
  • Create/modify training materials
  • Complete pre-training questionnaires and post training evaluation forms
  • Perform readiness reviews to the documented specification
  • Contact all attendees post training to check for additional learning needs

Person / Experience Required

  • Has training delivery skills
  • Able to create training materials
  • Driven and passionate
  • Emotionally intelligent
  • Able to prioritise tasks, acting on customer needs
  • IT literate
  • Good written and verbal communicator
  • Excellent team player
  • TPMA or current Training delivery assessment
