Our friendly and supportive client based in the outskirts of Guildford are looking for a Digital Account Executive to support the Digital Account Team. They are looking for someone who can offer ideas, enthusiasm and energy with a let’s do this attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Digital Account Team to create and implement the monthly social media calendar for respective clients and set measurable goals for campaigns
  • Understand consumer behaviours and work closely with team to understand key target audiences and in creating social content that cuts through
  • Write and optimise content for digital communication channels including long and short form content, posts, and adverts
  • Manage clients’ multiple social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook LinkedIn and Twitter with content generation, scheduling and engaging
  • Monitor engagement and respond to all conversations with our clients’ social communities
  • Work with the Digital Account Team, Set up, plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, specifically Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google ads
  • Use digital tools to plan and analyse brands and activity to optimise performance
  • Plan and execute online and display advertising campaigns
  • Research and identify influencers for clients’ activity
  • Liaise and negotiate contracts with help of Wider Digital Team
  • Monitor performance of channels and campaigns to ensure KPIs are met
  • Monthly reporting of digital activity and campaigns; including analysis of metrics and insights
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines and managing client relationships and expectations
  • Brainstorm new and creative digital and social media campaign ideas with team
  • Have an eye for creating engaging content for multiple social media channels, working with team
  • Keep on top of latest developments e.g. new platforms, algorithm
  • Continue your professional development in consultation with your Manager
  • Participate in training programmes to improve your skill set and develop your potential

Personal Specification:

  • Good common sense, organisational skills, resilience and a sense of humour
  • 1 year plus experience in a similar role
  • Team worker
  • Confident to liaise with clients at a junior level and build good working relationships
  • Good listener, courteous, polite, emotionally intelligent, sensitive to the nature of the relationship.
  • Accountability, flexibility, commitment, integrity
  • Capable of work load planning and juggling more than one task/client at the time and prioritising accordingly
  • Analytical (enjoy analysing data)
  • Competent in all verbal and written communication both internally and externally
  • Good understanding of digital channels and how they complement wider communications
  • Excellent attention to detail, noting and keeping to deadlines, punctuality, preparation for meetings, returning calls etc.
