Graduate Programme for Financial Advisor

Our friendly, SME, progressive client, based in the outskirts of Guildford, stand out from the crowd in the world of Financial Advisors are offering a wonderful opportunity for a graduate to become a financial advisor. The successful graduates will be expected to fast track towards gaining the professional qualifications, offering support to Advisors giving them an insight into the practical while training.

The role offers hybrid working with trips to Guildford office once per week.

THE ROLE

Studying to become qualified to CII standards whilst studying you will gain experience by supporting the technical and advisory teams whilst under taking the following tasks:

• Shadowing the Senior Advisers
• Performing technical analysis
• Liaising with clients
• Report writing
• Completion of application

Qualifications/Experience required:

Essential:

• ‘Can-do’ attitude
• Hunger to learn
• Fantastic communications skills
• Attention to detail
• Team Player
• Highly IT competent especially with Microsoft applications

Desirable:

• Previous experience of working in an office environment (ideally within the Financial Services industry)
• Any financial knowledge
