IFA Administrator

Location:Guildford, Surrey
Salary:£25000 - £26000 per annum

Our established client on the outskirts of Guildford have an exciting opportunity to join their growing team as a high-level administrator with at least 2 years of financial experience with knowledge of investment administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high-quality service to clients and make sure that client queries are dealt with in a timely, professional and friendly manner
  • Manage workflow using workflow software
  • Process and submit New Business, ensuring compliance checklists are complete.
  • Process top ups, fund switches and withdrawals
  • Check and complete investment transactions
  • Manage and finalise client documentation
  • Process policy information
  • Assist with preparation of templated letters
  • Liaise with providers and other 3rd parties, to obtain any information that may be needed
  • Obtain information and prepare Annual Reviews
  • Ensure back-office system is up to date
  • Keep up to date with regulations and internal policies and procedures
  • Support and work closely with team members
  • Welcome clients, and cover reception and post where necessary

Skills:

  • Previous experience within a financial organisation
  • Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
  • Proactive manner
  • Strong investment and pension knowledge is desired but not essential
  • Any Financial Services qualifications are desired but not essential
