Our established client on the outskirts of Guildford have an exciting opportunity to join their growing team as a high-level administrator with at least 2 years of financial experience with knowledge of investment administration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a high-quality service to clients and make sure that client queries are dealt with in a timely, professional and friendly manner
- Manage workflow using workflow software
- Process and submit New Business, ensuring compliance checklists are complete.
- Process top ups, fund switches and withdrawals
- Check and complete investment transactions
- Manage and finalise client documentation
- Process policy information
- Assist with preparation of templated letters
- Liaise with providers and other 3rd parties, to obtain any information that may be needed
- Obtain information and prepare Annual Reviews
- Ensure back-office system is up to date
- Keep up to date with regulations and internal policies and procedures
- Support and work closely with team members
- Welcome clients, and cover reception and post where necessary
Skills:
- Previous experience within a financial organisation
- Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
- Proactive manner
- Strong investment and pension knowledge is desired but not essential
- Any Financial Services qualifications are desired but not essential
