Responsibilities:
- Taking instructions from clients and processing amendments
- Selling products
- Dealing with customer’s general enquires
- Discussing and negotiating with suppliers
- Processing payments
- Looking for opportunities to cross sell
Requirements:
- Minimum of five GCSEs or equivalent) including Maths & English
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactively seek solutions to help our customers
- A can-do attitude to go the extra mile
- Be highly organised and make a real difference
- Take ownership and work to deadlines
