Customer Service Associate

We have a vacancy for an Insurance Customer Service Advisor to join a supportive company who really values it’s staff, in stylish offices based in Godalming. Responsibilities:

• Taking instructions from clients and processing amendments
• Selling products
• Dealing with customer’s general enquires
• Discussing and negotiating with suppliers
• Processing payments
• Looking for opportunities to cross sell

Requirements:

• Minimum of five GCSEs or equivalent) including Maths & English
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactively seek solutions to help our customers
• A can-do attitude to go the extra mile
• Be highly organised and make a real difference
• Take ownership and work to deadlines
