We have an exciting vacancy with our lovely client based in Cobham, to join a growing and friendly team as a LOGISTICS COORDINATOR.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and deal with operative’s queries and requests.
  • Allocate operatives to job assignments – daily and weekly.
  • Check role calls from each project.
  • Source and arrange cover for no shows, sickness and absence.
  • Liaise with agencies to source additional labour for projects where required.
  • Set up training profiles for all new operatives and ensure training is carried out and renewed as required.
  • Book specialist training for Site Supervisors where required.
  • Liaise with Project Managers to ensure projects have all necessary labour booked in each day.
  • Co-ordinate waste vehicles to cover daily requirements, create schedule for each vehicle for each day.
  • Maintain vans and vehicles to ensure all are serviced, clean and fully maintained.
  • Set up new projects on computer system.
  • Schedule of future projects on computer system / diary.
