2i Recruit’s creative client have an exciting opportunity for a skilled admin person with amazing attention to detail/accuracy to join their organization. The role would suit someone with an interest in Marketing or potentially an Account Executive with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships. This is a small, yet busy organization and therefore the successful candidate should enjoy working in a small team.

The role Responsibilities

-Briefing outdoor media owners to send site lists and availability for key sites within specific locations

-Interrogating that information when it arrives by looking at Google Maps and impact data and identifying the best sites

-Keeping a spreadsheet of preferred sites for each client/location to make future bookings easier

-Gathering proofs of postings for poster sites, radio snippets from radio campaigns, press and magazine ads in situ etc. and pulling them all together into a full evaluation document after each client campaign.

-Supplier chasing

-Managing on-line listings, adding new sites when they come on board, refreshing with new images as and when needed

-Checking in-coming invoices against the overall spreadsheets and marking them off, advising of any discrepancies so that they can be followed up

-Getting involved in brainstorms for new briefs

-Take ownership of keeping on LinkedIn page updated.

-Get involved in creating the artwork briefs and trafficking artworks

-Booking hotels and transport for staff, liaising with staff re logistics for Events

-General office administration and support

-Researching ideas, suppliers, markets and new media

-Evaluating campaigns and producing client reports

Skills 

-First class client handling skills and a high level of attention to detail.

-Friendly telephone manner, be able to listen and think on their feet when speaking to a client, have a problem-solving approach and a positive attitude.

-Individual who is happy to work in a small team environment, get on with their job without requiring micro-management but conversely not afraid to ask questions.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and will be using Word and Excel on a daily basis. PowerPoint is also used regularly for the preparation of campaign evaluations and client proposals.

-Knowledge of search engines/optimization etc. is useful
