Marketing Support Executive

Our client is an established and dynamic company, located in the idyllic surroundings of Guildford. They are a rapidly expanding, forward thinking supplier who have an exciting opportunity for someone to complement the existing team as a Marketing Assistant to help with the maintenance of company website and Social Media accounts and Blogs.

The role will be office-based working in a friendly team in a collaborative, dynamic environment and the company offer lunches on a Friday and lots of Social fun days out!

Job Role to Include:

• Working on multiple Websites, maintaining and updating information of new & existing products
• Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and optimised for SEO
• Working alongside the team to Develop and implement our social media strategy
• Writing engaging content for social media/ blogs and creating and scheduling posts across multiple platforms
• Working alongside trade team to assist with invoicing, order progressing and administrational help
• Work across from the Marketing function to support other roles and areas as required including fulfilment

Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of working with SEO & Google Analytics is not essential but desirable
• Be a driven, self-starter who enjoys learning and discovering answers
• Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
• An outgoing, positive thinker, with consistent levels of evident enthusiasm
• High level of attention to detail
• Flexible, versatile and ability to cope well in an office environment
• Open, honest and direct. Comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Has high personal standards and promotes them in others
• A creative personality, with the ability to promote creativity in other team members
• Passionate for learning and keeping up-to-date with latest content marketing techniques
• Be able to think and act like an entrepreneur, spotting opportunities and finding solutions fuelled by a test and learn mind-set
