Our established client, on the outskirts of Guildford, have an exciting opportunity to join their growing team for an Office Administrator, providing essential day-to-day administrative support to their friendly team and provide their clients with an excellent level of service via telephone and email.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering door and telephone, taking messages, and arranging appointments with clients
  • Opening and scanning the post and overseeing the post leaving the office daily
  • Filing and shredding as necessary
  • Inputting new clients onto our systems
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Assisting the team with processing reports
  • Administration tasks liaising with the team and clients
  • General administration duties

Job Requirements

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Educated to A Level standard
  • Good with numbers
  • Experience with Excel, Word etc
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Good correspondence skills
  • Caring, friendly and always willing to listen
  • Taking responsibility and having the ability and confidence to make good decisions
  • Problem solver and determined
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Act on own initiative, self-motivated and tenacious
  • Exceptionally well organised and able to put their own strategies and processes in place to maintain a well organised working environment
