Office Administrator

Our client based in Godalming is looking for an Office Administrator to look after the day-to-day smooth running of their offices and provide support to management. This is idea for someone who has an interest in Financial Services and maybe looking for progression.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone and managing calls, directing where necessary
  • Regular communication with clients by phone and in person at events
  • Meeting guests and deliveries
  • Minute taking
  • Assist with client onboarding and account opening
  • Manage Cash Transfers
  • Raising invoices
  • Ensure clients’ accounts and documentation is up to date and in order
  • General office administration

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Excellent planning organisational skills
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel and Word
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills with confident mature approach
  • Be able to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Some marketing experience desirable
