Our successful and growing technology client based in Guildford are seeking a competent, professional Office Manager to join their organisation on a part time basis of 25 – 30 hours per a week.

As a company who offer technical solutions to clients in a variety of sectors, including UK Government, the role will be office based and require the successful candidate to be security cleared.

Flexibility on hours and for school holidays can be offered for the right candidate who in return can offer the organisation commitment as well as offer dedication to the role, a high level of attention to detail and ability to independently manage daily tasks and priorities is essential.


  • Responsible for supporting the administration of the office.
  • Assistant to the Directors with admin support.
  • Organising facilities management including drinks, catering, cleaning and repairs.
  • Recruitment administration including booking interviews.
  • Administrative support with purchasing / accounts payable.
  • Administrative support of security / quality management.
  • Organising travel bookings.


  • Experience working in similar role.
  • Good MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Positive and confident team player and problem solver who is keen to support others.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Able to switch tasks to adapt to business requirements.
  • Keen to learn, use initiative, take on new tasks and work independently.
  • Able to obtain UK security clearance.
