A superb opportunity for a dynamic, smart and forward-thinking SaaS candidate who has some strong experience onboarding clients onto large platforms. The successful candidate will enjoy working in an innovative environment in a team that has a passion for first class delivery and customer service.
The company offer hybrid working where being able to come to the bright, modern, Surrey offices will be necessary 1-2 times a week for team building and assist with continuous growth in the company collaborative approach.
Main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Being accountable for the successful definition, agreement and execution of implementation plans between the client and implementation team leading to successful implementation of the SaaS platform
- Creating. planning and managing the production of the required deliverables in the form of an implementation plan
- Tracking the customer spend and triggering invoices at correct milestones
- Managing risks, including the development of contingency plans
- Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
- Communicating to the customer and setting expectations in line with company process
- Applying change control and management
- Reporting through agreed lines on implementation progress
- Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact and communicating this to the customer
- Collating and communicating actions on both the internal team but also the customer
- Responsible for issuing statements of work and other project documentation during onboarding
- Delivering these responsibilities to largest accounts as part of an enterprise implementation team
- Demonstrating, encouraging and leading cross region collaboration and knowledge sharing internally

Experience that would work well….
- Experienced in a project management role
- Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships
- Experienced with developing and maintaining project plans and detailed stage plans
