Our exciting client based in Godalming are seeking an Order Processor to join their busy team. You would be responsible for answering all inbound calls promptly and efficiently whilst taking advantage of all enquiries to generate and increase sales, ensuring total customer satisfaction at all times.

As an Order Processor, your daily duties will include:

  • The building, developing and growing relationships with customers.
  • Answering inbound calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Responding to and follow up on all enquiries.
  • Creating quotes and orders.
  • Making follow-up calls to potential customers.
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system.
  • Processing orders promptly on the systems.
  • Consistently provide excellent customer service, advising customers on any progress/delays.
  • Responsibility of the brand’s social media.

You will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience of using CRM systems.
  • Previous experience within an administration role.
  • The ability to build instant rapport.
  • A professional and confident telephone and face-to-face manner.
  • Must be an excellent team player.
