We have a great opportunity for a part time Administrator to work with a lovely team based in Godalming. The role is mainly office based with the potential to work from home 1-2 days a week
General responsibilities
Initially there is a project requirement to move the client files from the server to the new cloud system, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and thereafter the responsibilities below would be applicable.
Office role:
- First point of contact for the telephone
- Dealing with client enquiries – letter, email, telephone
- Maintaining client files, record keeping and new business
- Liaising with product providers
- Stationery orders & office supplies
- Printing
Client management:
- Inputting new clients onto company software and maintaining existing client record
- Generating hard copies of documents
- Invoicing
- Working on client reviews – requiring Excel and Word skills
Training, internal and external is available for software packages.
Person / Experience Required
- Time management / ability to prioritise
- Strong administrative skills
- High level of personal integrity
- The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, to a high professional level
- A high degree of numeracy
- Sound IT skills – a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- A desire to develop both personally and professionally. We will meet the cost of acquiring professional qualifications for the right person
