Our client based in Frimley are seeking an ongoing Temporary Accounts Administrator to join their team.
This is a part time role, the client is looking for someone 2 days a week (Monday – Thursday) and is flexible on which days.
Duties will include:
- Creating POs
- Recording invoices, uploading individually onto Excel and filing
- Raising and adding to POs as required, creating payment records
- Paying invoices, emailing invoices for approval, coding requests, account assignment, PAR tracking and IO management
- Vendor creation
- Blanket order creations
