Legal Secretary – Guildford

Salary:£25,000 - £28,000

Our client based in Guildford are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their busy team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Check correspondence, attachments, documents, reports ready for sending out
  • Type urgent/short/confidential correspondence and emails.
  • Assist in billing and credit control
  • Request cheques, bank transfers etc.
  • Diary management/arranging appointments
  • Arrange or, where not appropriate, conduct photocopying, printing, organising couriers
  • Maintain and update the database
  • Assist in resolving queries
  • Support marketing activities
  • Take internal and external calls
  • Monitor emails
  • Build and maintain client relationships

Skills required:

  • Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrable commitment to exceeding expectations and goals
  • Customer service skills
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Conscientious, approachable and enthusiastic.
  • Teamwork, integrity, passion and success
