Our client is looking for an exceptionally talented Project Coordinator to join their Marketing team in London. In this role you will oversee and manage the delivery of multiple projects and activities within the marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has a passion for design, interiors, and lifestyle, who is an organised and a positive can-do person in a small, friendly team.

Key Duties

  • Helping develop all aspects of the marketing for both their UK and US showrooms, the role is focused on organisation for this luxury interiors brand.
  • Collaborating with the in-house Digital, Marketing and Creative teams, coordinating with external PR & Media agencies.
  • Monthly planning with PR agency & following up on actions.
  • Identify potential case study project based on CRM data.
  • Connecting with the clients’ customers to ensure photography at the completion of the project.
  • Assisting the Marketing Director with Marketing tasks and activities
  • Proven experience in the project management, development, delivery, and coordination of projects.
  • Organise and manage annual photography campaign (from concept through to the shoot); trade shows in London and New York; annual brochure for the UK, US and ROW.
  • Planning and implementation of UK & US advertising campaign.
  • Assisting with admin tasks such as website updates, tear sheet documents, filing images, prepare documents.
  • Update website when required.
  • Support Social Media activities when required.

Your Profile

  • Able to work as part of a team as well as self-motivated when working on own.
  • Able to organise and effectively manage multiple concurrent projects as and when required.
  • Have prior project management experience in a similar creative capacity with the ability to implement multiple projects on tight deadlines.
  • Exceptionally well organised with a fine eye for detail
  • A people person – you are to connect with teams internally and externally but also with the end customer on occasion.
  • Highly proficient at using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook; Ideally you will have adobe skills (photoshop, InDesign and illustrator).
  • A creative thinker and problem-solver
