Property Administrator – East Horsley

Location:East Horsley
Salary:£23,000 - £26,000

Our client currently has an opportunity for a Property Administrator to join their friendly team. Based at the head office the role will include general office duties, such as:

  • Provide administrative support to all offices
  • Produce tenancy agreements and all paperwork for all new lets
  • Appointing contractors to carry out works e.g inventory, gas, electric and clean
  • Processing invoices
  • Ensuring all payments have cleared into our account before the tenancy commences
  • Negotiating the renewals
  • Drawing up the renewal invoices/paperwork

Key skills required include:

  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience within an administrative role
