Salary:£24000 - £27000 per annum

The successful candidate will be required to process all incoming calls without delay and to receive and process all clients and other visitors to the business in a helpful, friendly and professional manner. This will include but will not be limited to the main responsibilities listed below. The candidate will be expected to use a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.


  • Effectively process all incoming telephone calls, including the conveying of messages
  • The provision of telephone support to Partners and other staff members, as required
  • Announce calls to recipients, if requested
  • Deal with all visitors to the reception area, especially new clients
  • Administration of the fax machine
  • Ensure the tidiness of the reception area
  • Undertake other clerical and administrative duties as may reasonably be required from time to time, including the processing of mystery post, the logging of documents, etc
  • Arrange refreshments, as and when required
  • Arrange courier services as required
  • Perform any other duties the Partners require
