2i Recruit are happy to be recruiting for our Godalming client who sit in the professional service sector, they offer a friendly,  professional environment and have an opening for a well-presented Reception Administrator to join their office! This will be an immediate start.

 Role & Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors upon arrival and being first impression of the company via phone and in person
  • Some digital dictation may be required
  • Answering incoming calls – experience using a switchboard would be advantageous
  • Distributing post internally
  • General ad hoc admin duties

 

Person / Experience Required

  • 1 year + working in a corporate environment in an Administration and / or Reception role
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Fast and accurate typing speed
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Good attention to detail with experience if using internal databases
  • Legal knowledge or an interest would be referred
