Recruitment Administrator/ Resourcer

Salary:£25,000 - £30,000

Do you have recruitment experience? Have you worked in an agency before? This is a brand new role to support a busy growing team. Duties will consist of:-

  • Posting jobs onto the website and onto the job boards
  • Adding CV’s to the database
  • Supporting the team
  • Updating details on the database and updating the marketing agency
  • Temp references
  • Preparing contracts
  • Preparing terms of business
  • Researching companies and adding their details
  • Phone liaison
  • Resourcing and assisting the team in finding suitable cvs
  • General office administration including sourcing office supplies and booking appointments
  • Updating the spreadsheet with HR details

You will need to be a good communicator with a good knowledge of recruitment and have strong IT skills. This role will be considered full or part time.
