We have a vacancy in our team for someone to come and ensure the smooth running of the office and assist the team. We are a busy agency and the role will be to support the team of Consultants. The role will be 20 – 25 hours per week, hours to be agreed on an individual basis:

 

Duties will consist of:-

  • Resourcing for quality candidates from multiple job boards
  • Filling temporary vacancies
  • Posting adverts
  • Creating a pool of candidates
  • Searching for vacancies and advising consultants.
  • Updating internal CRM system.
  • Updating the agency window advertisements
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Formatting CV’s
  • Answering telephone calls to both candidates and clients.
  • Ordering the office supplies and stationery
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Working closely with the marketing agency and supporting them with administration
  • Generally supporting the team

A recruitment or HR background would be preferred along with a cheerful hands on personality!
