Recruitment Administrator

Salary:£21,000 - £23,000

37 hours a week, 52 weeks a year – 25 days holiday plus statutory public holidays paid per year.

Hours of work during term time: 8.30am – 4:30pm each day of the week with a 4:00pm finish on Friday (with ½ hour unpaid break each day). This role is office based, but some home working is encouraged during the current pandemic.

Our niche client is looking for an enthusiastic and approachable administrator to join their busy HR recruitment team, taking the lead on advertising our roles, sourcing recruitment opportunities and ensuring safer recruitment practises are followed. You will be suited to this role if you are full of initiative, organised and work well to deadlines. You will also need excellent communication skills, be computer confident, have attention to detail and the confidence to deal with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.

Reporting to the Director of HR, you will take the lead on all aspects of advertising vacancies, sourcing appropriate cost-effective advertising channels, monitoring recruitment needs and providing updates to the senior leadership team. Experience of working in an advertising environment, dealing with external agencies and on-line recruitment channels is preferable. Alongside the Recruitment Administrator (Application Lead) you will be jointly responsible to ensure that candidates are recruited under safer recruitment guidelines and all paperwork and records are maintained in a timely manner.
