Our client based in Guildford is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to provide a proactive and effective resourcing solution to the business and be responsible for recruitment processes from conception to fulfilment.

  • Develop effective resourcing solutions and leverage all relevant opportunities and avenues for candidate generation, using agreed budgets to source the best candidates.
  • Identify candidates by utilising multiple strategies including: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media and networking.
  • Perform effective sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs in partnership with the management team
  • Conduct briefings with hiring managers and key stakeholders to fully understand recruitment needs and advise on resourcing strategy
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Take steps to ensure a consistently positive candidate experience
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool/pipeline or social engagements.
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, offers and on-boarding.
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers in alignment with employment legislation and good practice
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process
  • Ad-hoc duties such as answering phones and doors as part of the wider HR Team.

Experience 

  •  Previous exposure to recruitment
  •  Proven ability to source and attract candidates
  • Skilled in a variety of direct sourcing techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple roles at one time
  • Must be able to work well within a fast paced, pressured environment.
  • Highly organised and consultative
  • Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry advantageous but not essential
